The Essex Muse

Muddled strawberries
2 oz anejo tres generaciones tequila
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz walnut liqueur
Shaken, served over cracked ice.
Tres Spicy Pepino
1 1/2 oz Tres Generaciones Plata
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
3 1/2 slices peeled cucumber
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 slice fresh jalapeño
In a mixing glass, muddle the pepper, add cucumber and cilantro, muddle again. Add remaining ingredients, shake well. Strain into chilled glass. Garnsih with lime wheel and cilantro leaf.
