Summer Cocktails With Liquid Muse
I got to visit my good friends at New Mexico Style morning show to share some fun and easy cocktails for summer - and what is more appropriate as a base than delicious June Liqueur? Esprit de June is made in Cognac, France. The base distillate is made from grapes, which means it is made from wine, giving it a softer mouth feel than spirit made from grain. It is then macerated with ugni blanc, merlot and cabernet flowers which makes for a floral bouquet and flavor. Being a liqueur, it is sweetened but not cloying, which is also a quality that sets it apart from many other cordials.June Liqueur is lovely on its own, chilled. And, of course, it is a delightful addition to cocktails.
