Lavender Grapefruit Martini(c) 2008, Natalie Bovis-Nelsen The Liquid Muse 1 1/2 ounces organic Vodka1 heaping teaspoon organic lavender-honey syrup2 ounces freshly squeezed organic grapefruit juice1/2 ounce freshly squeezed organic lime juice1 organic edible flowerLavender Honey Syrup: Heat 1/2 cup lavender honey and 1/4 cup water in a small sauce pan. Stir until boiling. Let cool. Set aside.Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker, add ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an edible flower or lime wheel.
