Mixologist Lu Brow, head bar chef at the Swizzle Stick in New Orleans, created this Mardi Gras cocktail using two iconic New Orleans brands: Southern Comfort and Tabasco!
Did you know that Southern Comfort was created in New Orleans in 1874 by a French Quarter bartender named M.W. Heron? Tabasco is made in New Orleans, too, so this fiery kick off cocktail is a nod to the spicy city from which it hails.
