Designer Christian Siriano and Tori Spelling kept the after party going into the wee hours last Thursday. Siriano told NY magazine that he was "exhausted" after the show but kept his energy level steady with a little help from Rubyy Blood Orange Energy Drink, as seen in this photo.Rubyyy has recently launched in L.A. and Miami, and has a unique taste profile. It isn’t overly sweet and has a pleasant citrus flavor to it. I can’t say that it doesn’t taste like an energy drink – they all have that certain “thing” – but I don’t find it unpleasant. (I like Monster and diet Red Bull when I’m on the run – and frankly, Rubyy tastes much better than both of those.)Each 12 fl oz bottle of Rubyy contains 100% RDA of B vitamins, 130 calories and 80 mg of caffeine (about the same as cup of coffee). The premium, sleek black bottle, developed by Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey’s packaging designer also glows under black light. In LA, Rubby can be found at: Famima (all locations) Jon & Pete's; Mel & Rose; Pink Dot; Brentwood Gourmet Market; Angelina Yogurt; and Vincente Food.I am not a proponent of energy drink "cocktails" – at all – but if you are, make a fashion statement with this one in your caffeinated cocktail experimentations. (Just don’t tell me about it.)
