Natalie Bovis of The Liquid Muse debuted Mind Body Spirit(s) yoga and wellness events to the bar community at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans in 2014. After a long career in hospitality and event producing, she initially created this program to help support bartenders avoid physical and emotional fatigue. But as she continued to create whole health events and creativity retreats for people from all walks of life, she saw that everyone can benefit from incorporating a meaningful yoga class shared with like-minded friends and the occasional cocktail!
Mind Body Spirit(s) has been a favorite event at the annual Cocktails & Culture Festival in Santa Fe since 2015. It has taken place in nightclubs, rooftop bars, downtown patios, and this year it will is at the gorgeous Edition ONE Gallery on Canyon Road with a brunchy garden party immediately following at Neptune Gallery and Event Space.
Our masterful teacher Emily Branden returns to guide guests through a beautiful class with a live musician creating a sound-bath environment, surrounded by world-class art installations as a backdrop. Patron Tequila is gifting each guest a yoga mat and light nibbles at a lovely outdoor apres-class celebration..

A favorite rebel of the yoga world, Emily Branden has taught since 2001. EB's 'nineties Jivamukti' roots prove a foundation for her joyful exploration of the power of music and performance-like art of yoga. Alongside her national popularity as a yogi artist, she's a SAG actor featured in Hollywood's, Variety and Yoga International. Known for her live music collaboration with artists Valerie June, Michael Franti, Rising Appalachia, Desert Dwellers and more; Emily's message grounds you into the creative you already are.She's deeply grateful to her Jivamukit teachers, Sharon and David, and Dana Flynn for spreading her wings.
